ChildCareGroup is the only early childhood agency in the Dallas area serving all segments of the industry: we teach children, we train early childhood professionals, and we assist families. Each year we impact the lives of more than 50,000 children, parents and early childhood professionals. 91% of our agency budget directly supports these comprehensive programs.

Child Care Assistance
ChildCareGroup manages the Child Care Assistance program (also known as the child care subsidy program) for Dallas County and Southeast Texas. We provide qualified families with financial assistance for the high cost of child care so that parents can go to work or attend school or job training.
Professional Development & Mentoring
Our goal is to help stabilize, professionalize and improve the quality of the child care industry. Annually, we provide more than 15,000 hours of professional development training and mentoring to over 6,100 early learning professionals. By improving the overall quality of early childhood education in our community, parents have more quality options and more children will enter school ready to learn and succeed.
Family Support & Resources
ChildCareGroup helps families connect with the right early childhood program for their child and their family. We also provide information to help families access other community resources and support services.
